"Dedication to exercising and the road to overall fitness and wellness as one ages is not easy. Having the opportunity to work with Petey on this journey has been extraordinary. Every week we work on specific muscle areas with stretching exercises and movement to make my day to day living better. Cardiovascular fitness is always important in our sessions. Kettle bells, free weights, band work, TRX, step exercises, and boxing (my favorite) are incorporated as a part of
our multi- exercise routine. Petey is a great person who is a knowledgeable and multi-certified trainer, but more importantly she is a fun work-out partner and motivator for me to be accountable and to achieve goals that are “actually achievable”. Thank You Petey! You are the best!"
