DO I HAVE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE?

Absolutely not! I work with all levels, from the "just getting started" to the "wanting to take it to the next level" athlete. I have experience working with all shapes, sizes, ages, backgrounds, and goals. The most important part of your training is that you enjoy it and we find a path to sustainable, successful fitness for you.

DO I HAVE TO FILL OUT INTAKE FORMS?

You do have to fill out a small Health History questionnaire when you and I first get started together. This is so that I understand your background in a little more detail and I can ensure we are conducting your training in a safe manner and following any applicable doctor recommendations.

WHAT ABOUT NUTRITION?

I am all about intuitive eating. I would love to help guide you on your path to listening to your body's inherent urges and understanding what food choices you can make to achieve a healthier you. However, I do not have a nutrition certification, so writing and prescribing a diet plan is out of my scope of practice.
