DO I HAVE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE?
Absolutely not! I work with all levels, from the "just getting started" to the "wanting to take it to the next level" athlete. I have experience working with all shapes, sizes, ages, backgrounds, and goals. The most important part of your training is that you enjoy it and we find a path to sustainable, successful fitness for you.
DOÂ I HAVE TO FILL OUT INTAKE FORMS?
You do have to fill out a small Health History questionnaire when you and I first get started together. This is so that I understand your background in a little more detail and I can ensure we are conducting your training in a safe manner and following any applicable doctor recommendations.
WHAT ABOUT NUTRITION?
I hold a NASM Nutrition Coach certification and I would love to help guide you on your path to listening to your body's inherent urges and understanding what food choices you can make to achieve a healthier you. Whether you are looking for simple and manageable food swaps or a more specific dietary plan, I will support you with resources and straategies that help you reach your health and nutrition goals.
