1:1 Coaching includes monthly check in training sessions, personalized workouts written for your needs and equipment, weekly accountability check ins, nutrition guidance and same day Q&A.
This program is rooted in a live, monthly training session where we will work together to learn new exercises, check existing exercise form, and make adjustments to your workouts based on your goals and preferences.

*Form check sessions are one hour long training sessions and will include new exercises in written workouts as well as continuing coaching on existing exercises. Sessions can be virtual or at Petey’s Gym. First form check session must be done prior to receiving first program and will include functional movement screens.
